Hi Debi,
For the blinkies, you have to first save them on your hard drive. Otherwise, you take something from her internet band (? is it the name?) After saving them on your hard drive you can use them on your blog ;)

Thanks, chiloe. I did save them to my hard drive first. I really just wanted to include a link so that others could find their way to her site but, while I can do it withing the posts, I couldn't manage it in the side bar.
