A place for family and friends to see what I'm up to. Visitors welcome here.

Jim Brickman - Simple Gifts.wmv
I think Jim Brickman's arrangement of "Simple Gifts" is lovely. Mr. Brickman has been helping me stay sane and sleep well at night as I wait for my trip to Japan to see my family.
I am a quiet person who loves my family, Disneyland, writing, stitchery, scrapbooking, gardening, history, reading. My favorite places are Eden, Utah and Big Sur, California.
We cannot tell the precise moment when friendship is formed. As in filling a vessel drop by drop, there is at last a drop which makes it run over; so in a series of kindnesses there is at last one which makes the heart run over. - James Boswell, 1777
True.

The soul should always stand ajar, ready to welcome the ecstatic experience. - Emily Dickinson
